Position Overview

Ayub Medical College Abbottabad is an Autonomous Medical Teaching Institution under Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015. MTI-AMTI, Abbottabad is an equal opportunity employer with no gender bias. The institution requires the services of Chairpersons, Clinical & Basic Sciences Faculty positions, Security Management, and Pre Auditor from all over Pakistan. All jobs are on contract basis.

01. Chairpersons Positions (All Pakistan Domicile)

• 1.1 Chairperson Anaesthesia Department (01 Post): Candidate must have MBBS or equivalent recognized by PMDC and higher qualification such as FCPS, FRCA, MRCP preferably with CCT in concerned specialty / sub-specialty or US Board Certification or equivalent Level III qualification in concerned specialty with valid PMDC registration. Minimum 07 years experience as faculty member in a recognized, reputable institution. Term Period: 3 Years (renewable). Special salary package may be offered.
• 1.2 Chairperson Medicine Department (01 Post): MBBS or equivalent with FCPS/MRCP/US Board/Level III qualification and 07 years faculty experience. Term Period: 3 Years (renewable).
• 1.3 Chairperson Biochemistry Department (01 Post): MBBS or equivalent with relevant Level III qualification and 07 years faculty experience. Term Period: 3 Years (renewable).
• 1.4 Chairperson Forensic Medicine Department (01 Post): MBBS or equivalent with Level III qualification and 07 years faculty experience. Term Period: 3 Years (renewable).

02. Faculty Positions (Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor)

Qualifications & Criteria: As per MTI Policy Board Regulations/Criteria. PMDC eligibility certificate and PMDC registration are mandatory to be submitted with application form. Selected candidates will be offered IPS grade/scale as per MTI Abbottabad policy or special salary package for certain posts.

03. Administrative & Non-Faculty Positions

• 03. Manager Security (IPS-06) — 01 Post:
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree (1st Division preferred) from recognized Board/University.
  • Armed Forces/Police: Retired Officer at minimum rank of Major or equivalent with min 05 years experience as Security Incharge in a leading institution.
  • Civilian: Minimum 05 years experience as Security Supervisor/Incharge in a reputable institution.
  • Contract: 03 Years (extendable). Salary Negotiable. Domicile: All Pakistan.
• 04. Assistant Manager Security (IPS-05) — 01 Post:
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree (1st Division preferred).
  • Armed Forces/Police: Retired Officer at minimum rank of Major or equivalent with min 03 years experience as Assistant Security Incharge.
  • Civilian: Minimum 05 years experience as Security Supervisor/Incharge.
  • Contract: 03 Years (extendable). Salary Negotiable. Domicile: All Pakistan.
• 05. Pre Auditor (IPS-04) — 01 Post:
  • Qualification: MBA (Finance) or M.Com or CA (inter), ICMAP (inter), ACCA (inter).
  • Experience: 03 years post-qualification experience in a reputed and recognized institution. Experience in audit given preference.
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 Years. Domicile: All Pakistan.
