Position Overview

Medical Teaching Institution, Nowshera (MTI, NSR), with its constituent units Qazi Hussain Ahmed Medical Complex and Nowshera Medical College, is an autonomous body run by a Board of Governors (BOG) as prescribed by the Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act of 2015 and as amended in 2026 by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications are invited from candidates having domicile of KP (Merged Districts Erstwhile FATA) for various contractual posts mentioned below.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

• 01. Human Resource Officer (03 Years Contract Extendable):
  • Qualification: BBA (Hons) / MBA (16 years education) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent relevant qualification with specialization in Human Resource Management from HEC recognized University/institution.
  • Experience: At least 03 years' relevant experience in HR department preferably in healthcare industry / reputed public or private organization. Candidate having experience in HR department in Tertiary care / Teaching hospitals will be preferred.
• 02. Personnel Assistant (03 Years Contract Extendable):
  • Qualification: BBA (Hons) / MBA (16 years education) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent relevant qualification with specialization in Human Resource Management from HEC recognized University/ institution.
  • Experience: At least 01 years' relevant experience in HR department preferably in healthcare industry / reputed public or private organization. Candidate having experience in HR department in Tertiary care / Teaching hospitals will be preferred.
• 03. Accounts Officer (03 Years Contract Extendable):
  • Qualification: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA or Master degree in Finance / accounts from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting, audit coordination, and financial controls in a reputable organization. Candidates having experience in hospitals, healthcare institutions, public sector organizations, or autonomous bodies will be preferred.
  • Other Skills: Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, ERP/HMIS financial modules, MS Excel, and financial analysis is essential. Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting procedures, procurement rules, and financial regulations.
• 04. Cashier (03 Years Contract Extendable):
  • Qualification: BBA / B.COM (HONS) 16 years of education with specialization in accounts/finance/banking or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University.
  • Experience: Minimum one (01) year of experience in cash management and handling, cashier operations, and revenue/receipt collection, with proficiency in computerized data entry using HMIS/ERP systems.
  • Preferences: Preference will be given to candidate having DIT from recognized Board.
• 05. System & Network Support Technician (03 Years Contract Extendable):
  • Qualification: BS (04 Years) / MCS / MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in computer hardware maintenance, LAN/WAN support, structured cabling, network troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of desktop computers, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals in a reputable organization. Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be preferred.
  • Preferred Professional Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Technician (CCT).

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority.
• All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, candidates must print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Without such verification, candidates cannot apply for any post.
• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
• Interview call letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.
• Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage.
• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
• Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply via ETEA

• Interested candidates may visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online for the relevant post(s).
• After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidate's personal information) will be generated.
• Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through OneLink.
• Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) safely as it will be required during the recruitment process.
• Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA. Documents will be required only from shortlisted candidates at the time of scrutiny/interview.

• The last date for submission of online applications is 02-11-2026.
• Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slip from www.etea.edu.pk.
