Project Overview
The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services under Component-II of the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the consulting services of an International Panel of Experts (IPEs). PIU-PMD invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible individual consultants on open international competition for four (4) positions.

Submission Instructions & Guidelines
- Interested Consultants should submit an Expression of Interest, stating the position and Reference No., with a detailed CV.
- A Consultant may apply for more than one position with a separate EOI and CV for each, but may be selected for one position only.
- Consultants will be selected through Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants, as set out in the Procurement Regulations. Detailed Terms of Reference are available at https://weather.gov.pk/home/circulars#tender.
- EOIs must be submitted by e-mail or in hard form by 26th October, 2026, 1600 hours Pakistan Standard Time.
