Position Overview

Applications are invited on the prescribed form from eligible candidates having Local/Domicile Certificate of District Jaffarabad and District Sohbat Pur for appointment against various vacant posts under the Balochistan District Judiciary Staff Service Rules, 2021.

Vacant Positions & Requirements

• 01. Stenographer (BPS-16) — 01 Post:
  Age Limit: 18-30 Years | Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typewriting speed of 50 words per minute.
• 02. Data Entry Operator (BPS-14) — 01 Post:
  Age Limit: 18-30 Years | Qualification: 2nd Class BCS / BS (CS) / BS (IT), relevant working experience.
• 03. Junior Clerk (BPS-11) — 02 Posts:
  Age Limit: 18-30 Years | Qualification: Intermediate with MS-Office.
• 04. Driver (BPS-06) — 01 Post:
  Age Limit: 18-30 Years | Qualification: LTV License with Five years experience.
• 05. Process Server (BPS-04) — 01 Post:
  Age Limit: 18-30 Years | Qualification: Matriculation.
• 06. Chowkidar (BPS-04) — 02 Posts:
  Age Limit: 18-30 Years | Qualification: Middle/Matriculation.
• 07. Sweeper (BPS-03) — 02 Posts:
  Age Limit: 18-30 Years | Qualification: Middle/Matriculation.

Application Instructions & Test Schedule

• The prescribed application form may be obtained from the Computer Section, Sessions Court, Jaffarabad at Dera Allah Yar.
• The candidates must submit their applications on or before 20th October, 2026.
• Required documents include four (04) recent passport-size photographs, attested copy of CNIC, attested copies of educational and experience certificates, and attested copy of Local/Domicile Certificate.
• The written test will be conducted on 27th October, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the District & Sessions Court, Jaffarabad at Dera Allah Yar. Only candidates qualifying the written test shall be called for viva voce/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
