Position Overview

El Seif ESOM, a leading facility management and maintenance company in Saudi Arabia, urgently requires technical personnel and CAFM planners. Recruitment is being conducted through Al-Khair Enterprises in Rawalpindi. Gulf return candidates with 5 years of relevant maintenance experience will be given preference. No test or interview fee is charged, and reasonable processing costs apply.

Available Positions, Requirements & Salary Details

• 01. CAFM Planner:
  Salary: 2000 - 2500 + 300 SR (Food) = Up to 2800 SR.
  Requirements: Computer Science degree holder. Responsible for preparing maintenance trends, backlog metrics, facility management KPI reports.
• 02. Low Voltage Electrician:
  Salary: 1400 - 1700 + 300 SR (Food).
  Requirements: Diploma holder with 5 years experience in Operation & Maintenance Facility Management (MDBS, SMDBs, DBs, ring and power outlet repair & troubleshooting).
• 03. Mechanical Technician:
  Salary: 1600 - 1900 + 300 SR (Food).
  Requirements: Mechanical Diploma holder with 5 years experience in Operation & Maintenance Facility Management (pump, valve, motor plumbing, HVAC equipment repair).
• 04. Low Current ICT Electrician:
  Salary: 1500 - 1800 + 300 SR (Food).
  Requirements: Electrical/Electronics/ICT Diploma or ITI with 5 years experience in CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, SMATV, structure cabling devices.
• 05. Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Technician:
  Salary: 1600 - 2000 + 300 SR (Food).
  Requirements: Diploma or ITI with 5 years experience in installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
• 06. HVAC Technician:
  Salary: 1600 - 1900 + 300 SR (Food).
  Requirements: Experience in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, repairing compressor, thermostats, and circuit testing.
