US ESTIMATOR/TAKEOFF SPECIALIST
& ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED

US Estimator/Takeoff Specialist: Required for an on-site night-shift position in G-10, Islamabad (6 PM-2 AM). Candidates must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 2+ years of U.S. construction estimation/takeoff experience. Proficiency in PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera P6 is required. Strong English communication & the ability to read construction drawings/specifications are essential.

Accountant: in G-10/2, Islamabad, with working hours from 6:00 PM-2:00 AM. Candidates should have B.Com/M.Com and 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in MS Office & QuickBooks with strong English communication skills is required. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, financial reporting, AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing, and financial analysis.
