JOB OPPORTUNITIES

The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from eligible bonafide candidates for the following positions to be filled in the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospitals, under the Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) of the following ADP projects:

  1. ADP No. 200049: Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa;
  2. ADP No. 210123: Strengthening of DHQ Hospitals (Building Capacity to Respond to COVID-19 and Future Pandemics) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (50% Provincial Share);
  3. ADP No. 210121: Strengthening of 12 DHQ Hospitals (Building Capacity to Respond to COVID-19 and Future Pandemics) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (50% Provincial Share); and
  4. ADP No. 210287: Revamping of Secondary Health Facilities, including Improvement of Accident and Emergency Units in Newly Merged Districts.

The appointments will be made on a negotiated pay package & Fixed pay package and on contract basis, initially for a period of one (01) year, in accordance with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Project Implementation Policy (PIP), as amended from time to time.

Pathologist (Specialist) (NPP) Maximum up to 50 years 1. MBBS & FCPS/MCPS in Pathology
2. 3-year relevant experience
Project Coordinator (BS-17) Maximum up to 40 years 1. MBA/BBA/Project Management.
2. At least 2 years' professional experience preferably in program/management in the public or private sector.
3. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of MS Office and computer applications to communicate with stakeholders.
MIS & M&E Officer (BS-17) Maximum up to 40 years 1. MSc/BSc Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer system Engineering.
2. 2 years' post qualification experience in MIS or similar role.
Bio Medical Engineer (BS-17) Maximum up to 40 years 1. Bachelor/Master's in Biomedical Engineering/Electronic Engineering.
2. 2 years post qualification experience in procurement/management of Bio-medical Equipment in public sector having valid license from Pakistan Engineering Council.
Bio-Medical Technician (BS-16) Maximum up to 40 years 1. Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering/Electronic Engineering.
2. 1 year post qualification experience in procurement of Bio-medical Equipment in public/ private sector having valid license from Pakistan Engineering Council.
Emergency Care Technologist (BS-16) Maximum up to 35 years 1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Emergency Care Technology (preferably surgical care) from recognized university/institution.
2. Minimum of 1 year relevant post qualification experience in Emergency Care Services.
Data Entry Operator (BS-12) Maximum up to 30 years 1. BSC computer Science/IT/Bachelor's degree with diploma in IT from Board of Technical Education.
2. At least 1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detail scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any aspect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
  2. All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
  3. The candidate must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.
  4. Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
  5. Appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for 1 year, further extendable as per prevalent Govt. policy at that time.
  6. The posts are project posts and will stand abolished automatically on completion of the project.
  7. Lump sum pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
  8. Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only.
  9. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
  10. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
  11. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
  12. The Candidates working in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
  13. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
  14. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
