- Qualification: Ph.D in Molecular Biology (from HEC recognized University/Institution).
- Experience: 15 years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduation Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. OR 10 years Post-Ph.D teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduation Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.
- Research Publications: Applicant must have 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last five years) in HEC recognized journals.
- Mandatory Area of Research/Specialization: Stem Cells, Virology, Forensic, Genetic Screening and Plant Genetic Modification.

- Qualification: Ph.D Degree / Terminal Qualification in Molecular Biology (from HEC recognized University/ Institute).
- Experience: 11 year Post-Ph.D or minimum of 07 years of Post-Ph.D experience along with at least 12 years of experience prior to Ph.D. The experience to be counted is to be of teaching/research in a recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.
- Publications: 15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last five years) in the journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on Tenure Track by the Higher Education Commission i.e. research papers published in journals that fall under W category (impact factor) journals.
- Mandatory Area of Research/Specialization: Stem Cells, Virology, Forensic, Genetic Screening and Plant Genetic Modification.

- Qualification: Ph.D Degree / Terminal Qualification in Molecular Biology (from HEC recognized University/ Institute), excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Mandatory Area of Research/Specialization: Stem Cells, Virology, Forensic, Genetic Screening and Plant Genetic Modification.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
- All rules in letter & spirit of TTS version 2.0 & BPS are applicable.
- The candidates are required to submit one hard copy of application on the relevant prescribed form along with complete set of testimonials/research work/publications/photograph (1 x 1)/certificate of any distinction etc. A soft copy of the application for the posts of Professor and Assistant Professor along with all supporting testimonials, should be submitted as a single PDF file via email to admin@cemb.edu.pk.
- All attached academic degrees and certificates must be duly attested by the HEC / IBCC.
- The candidates are required to submit a crossed Bank draft/Pay Order of Rs. 5000/- for the Post of Professor and Rs. 3000/- for the Post of Assistant Professor (The Bank draft/Pay order should be drawn in favor of the Director CEMB, Lahore).
- Prescribed application form is available at the Centre's website www.cemb.edu.pk
- Candidates applying under both the systems should submit separate applications along with complete documents together with required Bank draft/Pay order for each application.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for interviews.
- Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel by due date. Incomplete applications (in any case) or those received after due date shall also not be entertained.
- The only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or interview.
- The Centre reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
- Last date for submission of applications is 07.09.2026 during the office time.
