Position / Job Title Unit Head - Home Remittance Business (OG-I)
Reporting to Wing Head - Remittance Business
Educational / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
  • Candidates having Master's Degree (etc.) or relevant professional certification(s) in International Business or Commerce will be given additional preference.
Experience
  • Minimum 06 years of banking and / or financial services experience with at least 02 years of Home Remittance and / or correspondent banking and / or functions/ core operations related to core remittance functions including Payment Operations / Fintech Remittances / Digital Payments.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To assist leadership in formulating & executing strategies to expand the home remittance business and optimize partner performance.
  • To monitor, track and analyze data for industry trends, evaluate performance and recommend strategies to maximize transaction volumes and revenues.
  • To oversee processing, pricing and partnership agreements, ensuring all-the-ops comply with regulatory frameworks and internal bank policies.
  • To manage fund flows, settlements and financial reconciliation with remittance partners and stakeholders.
  • To ensure all-remittance operations are compliant with Anti-Money Laundering standards and coordinate with Compliance core Operations for due mitigation.
  • To liaise with internal/external auditors & stakeholders (Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of remittance operations and partner activities.
  • To support the wing head in identifying new business opportunities, developing corridors and product offerings to boost High-Value Remittances.
  • To supervise and guide junior staff in handling documentation, partner coordination and reporting/reconciliation of transactions/revenues.
  • To prepare and present dashboards, MIS reports and business performance analysis for management review.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s).
Position / Job Title Unit Head - Remittance Dispute & Quality Assurance (OG-I)
Reporting to Wing Head - Remittance Business
Educational / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
  • Candidates having Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics will be given additional preference in selection.
Experience
  • Minimum 06 years of banking and / or financial service experience with at least 02 years in the area of complaint resolution and quality assurance.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication & conflict resolution skills.
  • Sound knowledge of dispute management (local & international).
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented.
  • Ability to manage pressure and deadlines.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To supervise and manage the team, providing guidance to the home remittance complaints handling team with ongoing issues and their assigned responsibilities.
  • To coordinate with SBP, other regulators, and correspondents/partners on complaints and marketing improvements for timely resolution of customer complaints regarding home remittance transactions.
  • To drive initiatives to minimize disputes/complaints on incoming/outgoing account from SBP's remittance sustenance schemes (viz. PRI, Pakistan Remittance Initiative, 1-Bill Remittance etc.) through root-cause analysis and operational & process review and efficient resolution of all complaints related to home remittance transactions.
  • To ensure prompt execution of refund requests/transactions received from branches and beneficiaries on daily basis/SLAs.
  • To coordinate with NBP branches, PR-banks, remitting business partners, beneficiaries and internal/external units/departments to ensure timely resolution of complaints/held-up-transactions.
  • To address other complex/critical or fraud symptoms/complaints.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s).
Position / Job Title Unit Head - Roshan Digital Account
Reporting to Wing Head - Roshan Digital Account
Educational / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
  • Candidates having BA/ Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics will be given additional preference.
Experience
  • Minimum 03 years experience in Relationship Management. Candidates with prior digital banking experience will be preferred.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

  • Ability to manage and grow client relationships with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.

  • To source new customers for Roshan Digital Account opening and follow up on referred leads for conversion and customer onboarding.
  • To manage end-to-end customer onboarding, including Marketing and Centralized Account opening in Roshan Digital Account opening, online document submission and related issues.
  • To maintain relationships with existing customers and deepen existing relationships through regular customer contact.
  • To coordinate with Operations, Network, Digital Banking and Centralized Account opening teams for customer care and account remediation.
  • To handle customer inquiries and grievances regarding over-the-bank's guidelines and effectively provide resolution / consultation with concerned stakeholders.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s).
Position / Job Title Relationship Manager - Roshan Digital Account (Demand) (OG-II)
Reporting to Wing Head - Roshan Digital Account
Educational / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
  • Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics will be given additional preference in the selection.
Experience
  • Minimum 03 years experience in Relationship Management. Candidates with prior digital banking experience will be preferred.

Employment Type: The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's NBP&s Rules.
