4. Director (Legal) (BPS-19) Master's degree in Law (LLM) from a University recognized by HEC Minimum 7 years' practice in Supreme/ High Court or similar experience as Legal Advisor with private organizations/ banks and government departments. 30-50 yrs 01 Islamabad
5. Deputy Director (Commerce) (BPS-18) Master's Degree in any of the Commerce/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Accounts & Finance or equivalent from University recognized by HEC Minimum 3 Years' experience of relevant field in public or private sector. 25-50 yrs 01 Islamabad
6. Deputy Director (Engineers) (BPS-18) Master's Degree in Civil/ Structural/ Architectural/ Constructional Engineering or equivalent from University recognized by HEC Minimum 3 Years' experience of relevant field in public or private sector. 25-50 yrs 01 Islamabad
7. Deputy Director (Foreign Cell) (BPS-18) Master's Degree in any of the Social Sciences/ International Relations/ Political Science from University recognized by HEC Minimum 3 Years' experience of relevant field in public or private sector. 25-50 yrs 01 Islamabad
8. Deputy Director (Security & Vigilance) (BPS-18) Master's Degree from University recognized by HEC in any discipline i. Minimum 3 Years' experience of relevant field in public or private sector.

Deputy Director (Administrative Services) (BPS-18) Master's degree in commerce/ economics/ business administration/social sciences/ HR Management from HEC recognized university Minimum 3 years' experience of serving in Admin Dept/ HR/ Administrative services or government departments 25-50 yrs 01 Islamabad

Application Instructions & Conditions

  1. Interested candidates should apply on https://apply.plpa.gov.pk/ and forward their application mentioning job applied, CVs, copy of educational documents, experience certificate, photocopy of CNIC and latest photograph (White background) by email and in hard copy on the address given below. Last date of submitting application is 3 August 2026.
  2. Only short-listed candidates will be directly called for interview.
  3. No TA/ DA will be given for appearing in interview.
  4. The jobs are being offered purely on contract basis, initially for a period of three (3) years extendable, depending upon performance of individuals and as required by this Authority.
  5. The upper age limit shall be relaxed upto the age of 65 years in case of Retired Government officials.
  6. Candidates shall apply only for one post against their qualification.
  7. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan or at any PLPA Border Terminal according to operational requirements of the Authority.
  8. PLPA reserves the right to fill any post or withhold appointment against the advertised posts.
