The Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals through an open competitive process for the following positions. These posts are non-transferable and purely on a contractual basis under the project titled "Expansion of Safe City Islamabad". The details are as follows: -

1 Deputy Project Director (PPS-09) 1 Up to 45 Years
  • Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering (Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Telecom) or equivalent in related field.
  • Certifications such as PMP/Prince2, ITIL or specialized ICT/security certifications shall be added advantages.
  • At least 10 years of experience in large-scale ICT/Safe City/command & control center projects.
  • 3–5 years in leadership roles managing multi-stakeholder government projects (planning, implementation, M&E, reporting).
2 Deputy Executive Officer (Civil) (PPS-08) 1 Up to 40 Years
  • 16 years of education in Civil/Architectural/Building Engineering.
  • Additional certifications in construction management shall be preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in building design, construction supervision, BOQs, and site inspections.
  • Experience supporting ICT infrastructure sites (poles, shelters, power rooms).
3 Deputy Executive Officer (Software) (PPS-08) 1 Up to 40 Years
  • 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
  • Certifications in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or secure coding shall be preferred.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in enterprise software development, documentation, QA, and system integration.
  • Experience deploying/managing solutions for surveillance, VMS/VAS systems, or public-sector platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, analytics, command centers, and database environments.
4 Assistant Executive Officer (Traffic/ITS) (PPS-07) 1 Up to 35 Years
  • 16 years of education in Electrical, Computer Science, or relevant engineering fields.
  • Training in ITS, traffic control systems, or signal optimization shall be preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience in artificial intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning related solutions. Understanding of Intelligent Traffic Systems deployment is preferred.
  • Experience with sensors, controllers, adaptive traffic management, and C3 integration.

Mandatory requirement: -

Candidates shall have to produce following original certificates/documents at the time of interview:

  1. Academic Certificates (HEC verified)
  2. CNIC Issued by NADRA
  3. Professional Experience Certificates

  2. By hand, incomplete, received after closing date or through courier/email application will not be accepted/entertained.
  3. Government employees who meet the eligibility criteria may apply through proper channel.
  4. Only short-listed candidate's will be called for interviews.
  5. No TA/DA shall be admissible for interview.
