Overview
Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites applications from residents of Balochistan under a special Balochistan Quota for contract-based positions across various pay scales (KPT PS-3 to PS-8). Recruitment will take place at doorstep (at District level) with the help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan as a special case. Eligible candidates are required to apply online through National Job Portal (www.njp.gov.pk) on or before 25 November 2026.

General Information & Special Instructions
- Recruitment will take place at doorstep (at District level) with help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.
- Final upper age limit is 35 years (upper age relaxation of 5 years instead of 3 years, in addition to 5 years general age relaxation has been implemented).
- Bring all relevant original documents along with 4 recent passport size photos and one set of attested photocopy of all documents at the time of interview.

- Candidates shall appear for a Walk-in Interview at designated locations in major districts of Balochistan on dates to be announced later. Candidates must bring their original documents alongwith one set of duly attested photocopies for verification.
- Pay and Allowances as admissible under KPT Rules.
- All posts are contract based for a period of 2 years (extendable).
- Duty station will be Karachi Port Trust (KPT), Karachi, Pakistan.
- 10% for women, 5% for minorities and 2% for disabled persons will be observed. Candidates with disability shall have to submit a registration certificate (as disabled citizen) granted by Federal/Provincial Government.
- Government servants are required to apply through proper channel and should produce NOC.
- The organization reserves right to cancel the process of recruitment of advertised posts partially or totally at any stage.
- No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the test/ interview.
