Overview

Applications are invited for appointment of various categories on Lump Sum Pay Package for a period of Three years (extendable) for the newly established Health Facility "Provision of PET Scan & Cyclotron Machine at Nishtar Hospital, Multan" and "Construction of Building of 100-bedded Cancer Center at Nishtar Hospital, Multan" from suitable candidates having required qualification & experience as per eligibility criteria approved in Contract Appointment Regulations Committee (CARC) under the provisions of Contract Appointment Policy, 2004.

Terms and Conditions

• Both Male / Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
• Two Attested copies of educational qualification of all certificates / documents / testimonials, experience certificates, domicile, passport size two photographs, CNIC must be attached with application form. The application Performa available on the official website of this institute (www.nmu.edu.pk). Application Performa sent through registered courier service, along with attested copies of testimonials (if applicable), by clearly mentioned the claim quota on the envelope as well as on their applications.
• Shortcoming in documentation may lead to rejection of the application.
• Appointments shall be made on Lump Sum Pay Package under the "Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date) & Recruitment Policy, 2022" initially for a period of Three (03) year extendable subject to good performance.
• In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
• Special Persons (Disable persons) shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.
• Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny / Interview.
• The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
• Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
• Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
• Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with "Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 / Recruitment Policy, 2022" and instructions issued from time to time by the Government of Punjab.
• Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
• Only the degree issued by the HEC recognized university / institute will be considered / acceptable.
• Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
• Candidates will bring all the original degrees / diplomas at the time of interview, otherwise he / she would not be allowed to appear in interview.
• Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level/stage without assigning any reason.
• Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criterion under the specific rules relating to the posts as mentioned above.
• No TA / DA will be given for interview.
• All applications should be addressed to Vice Chancellor, Nishtar Medical University & Hospital, Multan and applications should reach in the office of the undersigned by posts or by hand during office hours.
• The last date for submission of applications is 21-11-2026. Applications received after the due date and time shall not be entertained.
• After scrutiny of the applications, interview call letters shall be issued to the shortlisted candidates.
