Terms & Conditions / General Instructions

  1. Applications, accompanied by two (02) recent passport-size photographs and attested copies of educational qualifications, CNIC, Domicile / PRC, experience certificates and any other relevant certificates, must be submitted (ONLY) through courier to the Office of the Chairperson, Management Board, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical College Lyari / Sindh Government Lyari General Hospital, Tannery Road, Lyari, Karachi South.
  2. Applications along with all requisite documents must reach the above-mentioned office within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Applications shall be accepted through courier service only. Applications received after the prescribed deadline shall not be entertained.
  3. Applications submitted by hand or via email, as well as incomplete applications or applications lacking the required supporting documents shall not be entertained / accepted.
  4. Candidates must fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria for the post applied for where relevant experience or specific qualifications / certificates are required documentary evidence must be provided. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates shall be called for the interview as applicable.
  5. Candidates must clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top-right corner of the envelope. They must also provide their complete postal address, active mobile phone number, PTCL number (if available) and email address for correspondence regarding the interview. The interview will be conducted at the office of the Deputy Medical Superintendent (Admin), Sindh Govt. Lyari General Hospital, Karachi and same will be conveyed to shortlisted candidates by message & email.
  6. A general relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit shall be admissible in accordance with Government policy, vide Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II), dated 06.03.2025, issued by the Services General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD), Government of Sindh.
  7. Quotas for women, minorities, persons with disabilities and transgender persons shall be observed in accordance with the applicable Government rules and policy in force.
  8. Candidates already employed in Government service must apply through the proper channel and submit the required No Objection Certificate (NOC) where applicable.
  9. Canvassing, directly or indirectly, in any form shall result in disqualification.
  10. Candidates who have been dismissed, removed, or terminated from service, or whose previous employment record establishes misconduct, professional negligence, or other disqualifying conduct, may be disqualified in accordance with the applicable rules and after due consideration of the relevant record.
  11. The Institution reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process, withdraw any advertised post, reject an application on valid grounds or cancel the recruitment process at any stage in accordance with the applicable rules and without assigning any reason, where legally permissible.
  12. No TA/DA shall be admissible to candidates appearing for the interview.
