Terms & Conditions / General Instructions
- Selection will be made purely on merit and test/interview basis.
- Applications must include attested copies of academic certificates, experience certificates, domicile, state subject, CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs.
- Eligible candidates may send their applications on plain paper addressed to the Secretary, Election Commission Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad via registered mail within office hours by 08-11-2026. Government employees must apply through proper channel. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Call letters for interview will be issued only to shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Successful candidates can be appointed in any office of the Election Commission located across Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the advertisement/interview process.
