Applications are invited from eligible and suitable candidates for appointment on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years against the following four positions in the Policy Wing, Petroleum Division, Ministry of Energy, Government of Pakistan. How to Apply

1. Interested candidates must apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk.
2. Candidates must download the prescribed application form and the detailed TORs, including required qualifications and experience, from the official website of the Petroleum Division.
3. After submitting the online application through NJP, candidates must send the duly completed and signed application form, along with a printed copy of the NJP application and attested copies of their CNIC, domicile, educational certificates/degrees, experience certificates, and other documents specified in the application form, to the address given below.
4. Shortlisting shall be carried out on the basis of the documents submitted in hard copy. Candidates must ensure that their applications are complete and supported by all required documents.
5. The complete application must reach the address given below within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement. Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained.

Terms and Conditions

• The recruitment shall be governed by the provisions of Establishment Division's O.M. No. 1/11/2018-E-6 dated 09.04.2024, as amended from time to time, available on the Establishment Division's official website.
• Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for a test and/or interview.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and/or interview.
• The appointments shall be purely on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years and shall not confer any right or claim to regular appointment or continuation in Government service.
• Candidates found to have provided false or misleading information or documents shall be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.
• The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process, in whole or in part, at any stage, in accordance with the applicable rules, without assigning any reason.
