Overview

Anti Narcotics Force Regional Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar requires the services of energetic and hardworking Advocates for contesting ANF cases (Assets and Financial Investigation / Anti Money Laundering cases) in Special Courts i.e. CNS, Anti Smuggling Court, High Court and Appellate Court, Peshawar as Special Prosecutor on a contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria for Special Prosecutor

• The candidate should be a practicing Advocate of High Court.
• The candidate must have experience of contesting criminal cases, especially Narcotics cases and Assets / Money Laundering cases in Trial Courts, Anti Smuggling Court, High Court, and Appellate Courts.
• The candidate must be a member of any Bar Association in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan, resident of / settled at Peshawar with no political affiliations, must not be involved in any matter of misconduct or criminal case, and must not have been dismissed from Government service nor declared as an insolvent.

Terms, Conditions & Retainer Fee

• Monthly Retainer Fee: An attractive monthly retainer-ship fee will be offered which is negotiable up to Rs. 110,000/- (inclusive of taxes) and may be increased annually up to 10% depending upon performance of Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) or otherwise.
• Conflict of Interest Constraint: During the period of contract with Anti Narcotics Force, candidate will not be allowed to appear in any court as defence counsel in narcotics-related cases of any Law Enforcement Agency.
• Interview Venue: Interviews will be conducted at Regional Directorate ANF Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Applications along with testimonials, Bar Council Cards on prescribed format, CVs duly supported by relevant documents must reach by 10th November 2026.
