• 3 attested photocopies of Domicile Certificate.
• 3 attested photocopies of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• 3 attested passport-size recent photographs.
• 3 attested photocopies of Educational Certificates/Degrees/Diplomas.
• 3 attested photocopies of Experience Certificates.
• 3 attested photocopies of Discharge Book (strictly for retired Armed Forces personnel).

• Applications must be submitted/received at: Head Clerk Office, CMH Dera Nawab Sahib, Tehsil Ahmedpur East, District Bahawalpur (Contact: 0336-4481367).
• Last date for submission of applications is 10 November 2026. Applications received after due date will not be entertained.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test/interview.
• Candidates must bring original documents along at the time of interview.
• Selection board's decision will be final and cannot be challenged anywhere.
• Upper age limit for applicants is up to 55 Years.
• Selected candidates will be provided mess facility and medical treatment (for self). Government accommodation facility may be provided as per availability.
• Preference will be given to retired Armed Forces personnel.
• If already serving in any organization, NOC from current employer is mandatory.
