SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from the suitable candidates having domicile of Punjab Province to fill the following project posts under the Development Project "Immersive Wildlife Experience (Cinema & Moving Theatre) in Punjab" purely on contract basis for the Gestation Period of the Project i.e. up to 30.06.2027.

1. Cinema Manager PPS-07 01 40 Years
  • Master's degree (16 years) Second Division in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Film Studies or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 Years' experience in cinema management or similar role in the entertainment or hospitality industry. Experience with Immersive and interactive technologies is preferred.
  • Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with securities and exchange commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms or any other regulatory authority / Department.
2. Network Administrator PPS-07 01 40 Years
  • Master's degree (16 Years) Second Division in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 Years' experience in network administrator or a similar role.
  • Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with securities and exchange commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms or any other regulatory authority / Department.
3. IT Manager PPS-07 01 40 Years
  • Master's degree (16 Years) Second Division in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Professional certification are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2-3 Years' experience as a managerial capacity in a similar or related field.
  • Note: Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with securities and exchange commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms or any other regulatory authority / Department.
4. Data Management Associate PPS-05 01 32 Years
  • Bachelor's degree (14 years) with Second Division in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • One Year relevant post qualification experience.
5. Cinema Operator PPS-03 02 25 Years
  • Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
  • Professional Certification in audio-visual technology, electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • At least One Years of Experience in operating projection and sound equipment in a cinema or similar environment.

i. Applications alongwith attested photocopies of academic records, educational certificates/degrees, CNIC, domicile certificate, and one latest passport size photograph, complete in all respects, must reach the office of Project In-charge, Immersive Wildlife Experience (Cinema & Moving Theatre) in Punjab, through post or courier service till 31.08.2026. Applications submitted by hand shall not be accepted/considered.

ii. The above-mentioned positions are Lahore Based. However, the competent authority reserves the right to utilize the services on all Punjab Basis.

iii. The above-mentioned positions are being offered on contract basis till gestation period of the project, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

iv. Applicants already working in Government / Semi Government Departments shall apply through proper channel along with requisite N.O.C. from competent authority.

v. The recruitment / appointment shall be made in accordance with the relevant rules / policy till Gestation period of the Project.

vi. After detailed scrutiny of applications, only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for test / interview through Letter / SMS / Call. No T.A. / D.A. shall be admissible for test / interview. Candidates shall be required to produce National Identity Card, Domicile Certificate, Transcripts / Certificates / Degrees of Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates etc. in original at the time of interview.

vii. Candidates who have previously applied for any of the above-mentioned posts shall be required to submit fresh applications.

viii. The Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any vacancy, without assigning any reason.

ix. The Department reserves the right to cancel or postpone the test/interview process at any stage. In case of a local holiday, the revised date shall be communicated separately.
