Overview
Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contractual basis. Applicants should possess minimum qualifications, experience, and meet specified age limit mentioned below.

The candidate for Chief Financial Officer must be: a) A member of an organized body of professional accountants with at least five years relevant experience. OR; b) Holding a master's degree in finance related disciplines from a university recognized by the HEC with at least ten years relevant experience. OR; c) Being a Fellow or Associate member of the Casualty Actuarial Society or the Institute of Actuaries in England or Society of Actuaries in the United States of America and has at least five (5) years of managerial experience in the fields of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of an insurer, shall also be eligible to be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of an insurer. Preferred Experience & Credentials: • Knowledge and implementation of IFRS 17. • Served as a key officer in insurance industry. • Experience of serving as CFO in an insurance company or public sector or an SOE. • Knowledge of dealing with public procurement and know-how of PPRA Rules / Regulations. • Exposure to ERP environment. |
