Overview

Applications are invited from permanent residents holding domicile of District Peshawar for temporary appointment on Contingent Paid Basis at District Courts Peshawar. Eligible male, female, and disabled candidates can apply after registering at District Employment Exchange Peshawar.

• The upper age limit will be calculated on the closing date of application submission. Age relaxation will be granted as per prevailing rules.
• The temporary appointments will be made under Section 10 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (Appointments, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1989 through District Employment Exchange Peshawar.
• Interested candidates must first register themselves at the Employment Exchange Office, Peshawar on or before 30/10/2026.
• After registering at District Employment Exchange Peshawar, candidates must write an application on plain paper and submit it along with copies of CNIC, Domicile (Peshawar), educational testimonials, and Employment Exchange Card copy to the office on or before 02/11/2026.
• The appointments on Contingent Paid Basis will be made as per policies issued by the Honorable High Court Peshawar and the Provincial Government.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications containing fake documents/false information will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Candidates must bring original documents at the time of test/interview for verification.
• The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process. Disabled quota will be observed legally as per rules.
