Overview

Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Areas under the 5% Minority Quota for filling vacant positions of Junior Clerk (BPS-11) at the Directorate General, Agriculture Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar through Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Selection Board / Selection Committee of Directorate General, Agriculture Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage, he/she shall be disqualified.
• All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying/depositing fee for any post, candidates must print E-Sahulat token from ETEA website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply.
• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
• Interview call letters will be issued to eligible shortlisted candidates only.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.
• Applications received after due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or submission of fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of recruitment process.
• Relevant experience with the Government/Semi-Government will be preferred.
• Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
• Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
• In case no suitable candidates are available against the above-mentioned quotas, the posts will be filled from the list of eligible shortlisted candidates/open merit, and relevant quotas will be carried forward.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

How to Apply via ETEA

• Interested candidates must first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
• After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidate's personal information) will be generated.
• Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
• After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
• After online apply, do NOT send documents/testimonials to ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test when required by the Appointing Authority.
• Availability of Online Application Form: From 15th October 2026 on www.etea.edu.pk.
• Last Date for Online Application: 30th October 2026.
• Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
