Authority Overview
Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA), established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and competent professionals for appointment against various positions on a contract basis, under the PERA (Appointment and Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2026, on the Special PERA Pay Package (SPPP) (negotiable), initially for a period of three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

- Incomplete online applications shall not be considered.
- No TA / DA shall be admissible for the test / interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the test / interview.
- The last date for submission of applications is 29th October 2026.
- Applicants serving in Government departments / organizations who fulfil the prescribed criteria must apply through proper channel and they shall produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department / organization at the time of interview.
- The Appointing Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, and to withhold, cancel, or annul the recruitment process against any or all posts, in whole or in part, at any stage, without assigning any reason.
- Upon selection, candidates shall be issued provisional / conditional offer letters, subject to verification of all credentials, including academic documents, experience certificates, NOC, and antecedents.
- Canvassing in any form, or submission of false / bogus documents or information, shall render the candidate liable to disqualification at any stage.
