Position Overview

Applications are invited through the Selection Committee to fill vacant positions in the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Killa Abdullah. Applicants must be local domicile residents of District Killa Abdullah.

Vacant Posts & Qualification Criteria

• 01. Stenographer (B-16): Bachelor's Degree with Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typewriting speed of 50 w.p.m. (Note: Final appointment for Stenographer is subject to approval from the High Court of Balochistan).
• 02. Assistant Computer Operator (B-14): 2nd Class BCS / BS(CS) / BS(IT) with working experience.
• 03. Junior Clerk (B-11): Intermediate with MS-Office.
• 04. Driver (B-06): LTV License with Five years experience.

• All applications can be submitted to the undersigned office during official working hours by 28-10-2026.
• Age limit according to Rule 8 of Balochistan District Judiciary Staff Service Rules 2021: Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years old, while upper age limit for existing government servants with 3 years service is 35 years.
• Applications must be accompanied by two recent photographs and attested copies of all educational and required documents.
• Government servants must apply through proper channel.
• Shortlisted candidate list will be displayed on the office notice board on 30-10-2026.
• Written test for Assistant Computer Operator and Junior Clerk, and shorthand & typing test for Stenographer candidates will be held on 31-10-2026 (Saturday) at 08:30 AM at the undersigned office.
• List of successful candidates in written test for Stenographer and Assistant Computer Operator will be displayed on the same day on the notice board, and successful candidates' interviews will also be conducted on the same day.
• List of successful candidates in written test for Junior Clerk will be displayed on the notice board and informed via telephone.
• Interview for Driver will be held on 31-10-2026 (Saturday) at 11:00 AM.
• Candidates must bring original educational and other relevant documents at the time of test and interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for test/interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
• The undersigned office reserves the right to postpone or cancel the test/interview without giving reasons.
• Any type of recommendation / canvassing will render the candidate ineligible for test/interview.
• Use of mobile phones during test/interview is strictly prohibited.
