Applications are invited for appointment of the following posts on a contract basis at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Sargodha under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Lahore: -

1 Consultant Nuclear Cardiology 9 01 Rs: 490,030/- MBBS with FCPS or MD/MRCP with CCT or Diplomate American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC with at least 3 years' experience after post-graduation.
Research and Publication: Three (02) research papers in their relevant field in PMDC/HEC/International recognized journals. Preference would be given to those research papers which are published in impact factor journals.		 38 to 55 years
2 Junior Consultant Nuclear Cardiology 8 01 Rs: 394,968/- MBBS with FCPS or MD/MRCP with CCT or Diplomate American Board or other equivalent qualification in the relevant subject recognized by PM&DC 30 to 45 years
3 Deputy Hospital Director 8 02 Rs: 394,968/- (i) MBBS with relevant postgraduate diploma/certificate in hospital administration with Three years' relevant experience in administrative post; or
(ii) MBA/MPA/MPH/ Hospital Administration/ Health Management/ TQM or relevant degree from HEC recognized University/ Institute with Five years' relevant experience in administrative post in healthcare industry.		 30 to 40 years
4 Health Physicist 7 01 Rs: 183,436/- M.Sc. Applied Physics or equivalent degree / B.S Medical Physics (4 Year Program). The degree should be from a program accredited by a recognized body in Pakistan or abroad (e.g., CAMPEP).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience including at least 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine.		 25 to 45 years
5 Nuclear Medicine Technologist 6 01 Rs: 160,901/- Bachelor's Degree In Medical Imaging Technology or relevant Degree from HEC recognized University or Institute with minimum 1 year of relevant experience 25 to 35 years
1. Application Submission
  • The application form can be obtained from the HR Department of NSIC or can be downloaded from the official website of the institute: https://nsic.punjab.gov.pk
  • The duly filled application form along with attested copies of all relevant documents (including equivalence certificate, if applicable) must be submitted to the HR Department, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology, Sargodha by 29-08-2026 (Saturday) till 02:00 PM.
  • Applications sent via post/TCS must also reach before the deadline.
  • Any shortcoming in documentation may lead to rejection of the application.
2. Eligibility Criteria
  • Candidates from all over Pakistan may apply.
  • Government servants must apply through proper channel.
  • Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by:
    • Higher Education Commission (HEC), or
    • PMDC (erstwhile PMC)
  • Failure to provide the equivalence certificate at the time of interview (or when required) will result in cancellation of candidature.
3. Selection Process
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  • The Competent Authority may conduct a screening / written test for any post.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
4. Terms & Conditions of Appointment
  • The advertised positions are on a lump-sum contract basis for a period of three (03) years.
  • Appointment is subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates (cost to be borne by the candidate).
  • Institutional practice will be allowed as per NSIC regulations; however, private practice outside the Institute is not permitted.
  • The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of posts at any stage without assigning any reason.
5. Grievance Redressal
  • Candidates having any grievance at any stage may submit a written application to the Dean within 03 days after display of the list on the website/notice board of NSIC.
