Position Overview

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) requires the services of qualified individuals to fill vacant positions purely on suitability and merit basis under Situation Vacant Notice No. 05/2026. Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of PCAA.

Available Positions & Qualification Requirements

• 01. Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane) (EG-08) — 02 Posts: Pakistani National holding/having held ATPL with type rating on Commercial Transport Aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 Kg or more. Minimum 5,000 hours as Pilot in-Command of Commercial Air Transport Aircraft. Minimum 10 years experience in Commercial Air Transport Aircraft as Pilot. SFI/TRI/SFE/TRE endorsement on ATPL preferred. Strong knowledge of ICAO Annex 6 and EU regulations. Quota: Merit-02. Pay: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month with 5% annual increment (Contract for 3 years, extendable). Age Limit: Max 66 years (including all age relaxations).
• 02. Superintendent (SG-10) — 01 Post: Bachelor's degree with at least 2nd Division and MS Office Certificate. Minimum 10 years of working experience in General Administration and Office Management, including maintenance of official documents, data entry, processing administrative cases, office coordination, and stakeholder management. Experience in aviation sector preferred. Quota: Merit-01. Pay: Rs. 204,495/- per month (Negotiable; Contract for 3 years, extendable). Age Limit: Max 45 years (including all age relaxations).

• Candidates must upload scanned copies of required degree/certificate, updated CV, and CNIC.
• Applicants for Flight Operations Inspector Pilot (EG-08) must upload copy of ATPL (with endorsements) and copy of last page of Log Book detailing flying hours.
• Applications without required uploaded documents or received after the due date will be rejected.

Terms of Reference (TORs)

• Tests / Interviews will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta.
• No TA/DA is admissible for test / interview. Candidates called for interview must produce original documents.
• Appointment will be subject to CAA's medical fitness standards.
• Government servants / autonomous body employees must submit NOC from current employer before interview.
