Position Overview

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is looking for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for positions in the area of Risk Management based at Karachi. Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and benefits as per the Bank's Policy / rules.

Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria

• 01. Wing Head - Risk Review (VP / SVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (Master's preferred). Minimum 10 years of banking experience with at least 07 years in Credit Risk Management and/or Credit Approvals and/or Credit Review in a commercial bank.
• 02. Wing Head - SME Risk (VP / SVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (Master's preferred). Minimum 10 years of banking experience with at least 07 years in Commercial and/or SME credit approval/risk management in a commercial bank.
• 03. Unit Head - MIS (AVP / VP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (Master's preferred). Minimum 06 years of banking experience with at least 02 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Project Management, or MIS.
• 04. Manager Risk Review (AVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (Master's preferred). Minimum 06 years of banking experience with at least 04 years in Credit Risk Management and/or Credit Approvals/Review within a commercial bank.
• 05. Manager MIS (AVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (Master's preferred). Minimum 06 years of banking experience with at least 03 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or Project Management.
• 06. Assistant Manager - Policy Consumer Secured Finance (AVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (Master's preferred). Minimum 06 years of banking experience, including at least 04 years in Secured Consumer Policy/Risk/Credit/Program Based lending.
• 07. Assistant Manager - Policy Consumer Unsecured Finance (AVP): Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (Master's preferred). Minimum 06 years of banking experience, including at least 04 years in Unsecured Consumer Policy/Risk/Credit/Program Based lending.
