Position Overview

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW) is looking for suitable candidates for appointment against key executive, management, and administrative positions on a contract basis. Qualified and experienced professionals are invited to apply online or via postal courier.

Available Positions & Qualification Requirements

• 01. General Manager (Human Resources) — 01 Post: Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline (Master's / MBA with HR specialization preferred). Requires minimum 20 years of progressive professional HR experience, including at least 05–07 years in senior management leading HR functions in large multi-site organizations. Strong expertise in HR compliance, governance, risk management, labor laws, and strategic HR advisory. Age Limit: Up to 55 years (Relaxable for outstanding candidates).
• 02. AM (Spot Purchase) — 01 Post: Graduation / Intermediate from a recognized institution. Minimum 03 years' experience for Graduates or 10–15 years for Intermediate candidates in procurement within a reputable Govt organization or SOE. Must have good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office / ERP. Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
• 03. Office Assistant — 01 Post: Graduate from an HEC-recognized institution with at least 03 years of experience in office administration, record keeping, and document control. Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP / IFS applications preferred. Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
