Position Overview

District and Sessions Court Chaman invites applications from local/domicile holders of District Chaman to fill staff positions through a selection committee.

Available Positions & Qualification Requirements

• 01. Stenographer (B-16): Bachelor Degree with Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typewriting speed of 50 w.p.m.
• 02. Assistant Computer Operator (B-14): 2nd Class BCS/BS(CS) / BS(IT) with working experience.
• 03. Junior Clerk (B-11): Intermediate with MS-Office.
• 04. Driver (B-06): LTV License with Five years experience.
• 05. Sweeper (B-03): Middle / Matriculation.

Terms & Conditions and Important Dates

• Applications must reach the court office during office hours by October 24, 2026.
• Age Limit: Candidate's age must be between 18 to 30 years (upper age limit for government employees is 35 years).
• Attach two passport-size photographs and attested copies of educational certificates with the application. Government servants must apply through proper channels.
• Shortlisted candidate list will be displayed on the notice board on October 26, 2026.
• Written test for Assistant Computer Operator and Junior Clerk, and Shorthand & Computer test for Stenographer will take place on October 27, 2026 at 08:30 AM at District Court Chaman.
• Interviews for successful candidates of Stenographer and Assistant Computer Operator will be conducted on the same day. Interviews for Driver and Sweeper candidates will take place on October 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
