Position Overview

Khyber Medical University (KMU) invites applications through the Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) for various project positions on a contract basis under a donor-funded project for a fixed-term period.

Vacant Positions & Requirements

• Call Centre Supervisor / Feedback System Manager (01 Position):
  • Location: Peshawar
  • Qualification: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in client feedback mechanisms, call centre setup and operations, or social research. Fluency in Pashto and English is required/preferred.
• Data Specialist / Dashboard Developer (01 Position):
  • Location: Peshawar
  • Qualification: Degree in Statistics, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in database development, online data collection platforms, dashboard design and visualization, and quantitative/qualitative analysis. Knowledge of the local context will be preferred.
• Phone Agents (08 Positions):
  • Location: Peshawar
  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Fluency in Pashto with basic English communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in telephone-based data collection, customer service, or social research interviewing.
• Enumerators (08 Positions):
  • Location: 2 per district (Mardan, Malakand, Kohat, and Chitral)
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or any Health-related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in health-related surveys. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and command of Urdu and Pashto, with the ability to conduct interviews and use digital data collection platforms on Android tablets.
