Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Project Director PPS-10 on a contract basis against the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Assisted Project "Reaching Out of School Children Project in AJ&K". Required qualification and experience are detailed below.

Terms of Reference (ToRs) Summary

• Overall Implementation and Management of the Project including financial administration.
• To ensure the smooth implementation of approved scope of the Project in light of approved PC-I and Financing Agreement as per IsDB's guidelines and GoAJ&K's rules in-vogue.
• To coordinate with E&S Education Department, donors, Lead Partner Organization (LPO) and other concerned stakeholders on various matters.
• To ensure the timely utilization of all planned budget against approved heads fulfilling all Codal requirements.
• To ensure that all the PMU Key and Non-Key staff are working as per ToRs.
• To ensure submission of requisite procurement, disbursement plans and reports.
• To ensure that all the procurements are carried out as per agreed procedures.
• To identify the bottlenecks in the implementation of project activities and resolve in timely manner or report to the higher authorities as the case may deem fit.
• To conduct the meetings of Project Steering Committee as per ToRs, act as Chief Engineer, and manage overall project objectives.

• In-service candidates/Government employees may apply through proper channel and must obtain NOC from their concerned department at the time of interview otherwise their application will not be entertained.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.
• Maximum age sixty-two (62) years on the last date of submission of application.
