Applications are invited from suitable qualified candidates having Punjab Domicile for appointment on contract basis for following posts of Punjab Forensic Science Authority, Lahore, Training Laboratory at Punjab Forensic Science Authority, Lahore and CSUs/Satellite Stations of Punjab Forensic Science Authority.

Vacant Positions & Requirements

• 01. Additional Director General (Forensics) (01 Post): Ph.D. in Forensic Science or Chemistry or Physics or Genetics or Molecular Biology with M.Sc. in relevant field with 7 years' relevant working experience and 7 publications. Age: 42-55 years. Special Pay Package.
• 02. Director Forensic (01 Post): Ph.D. in Forensic Science or Chemistry or Physics or Genetics or Molecular Biology with 7 years experience of work in any forensic lab of international repute. Age: 35-50 years. Special Pay Package (Rs. 750,000/- p.m + 10% annual increase).
• 03. Manager (Pathology & Histology) (01 Post): MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with postgraduate Level III qualification of Ph.D. or FCPS or MRC (Pathology) or equivalent qualification with 4 years experience in a reputable pathology laboratory. Age: 40-55 years. Special Pay Package (Rs. 750,000/- p.m + 10% annual increase).
• 04. Forensic Scientist (Firearm & Tool Marks) (01 Post): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Physics or Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years' relevant experience. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 05. Forensic Scientist (Latent Finger Print) (01 Post): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Chemistry with 3 years relevant experience. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 06. Forensic Scientist (Questioned Document) (01 Post): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Chemistry or Pharm-D with 3 years relevant experience. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 07. Forensic Scientist (Polygraph) (01 Post): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Clinical Psychology or Psychology or Years Neuropsychology with 3 years relevant experience. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 08. Forensic Scientist (Photography) (03 Posts): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Graphic Design or Photography with 3 years relevant experience OR Master in Fine Arts with 5 years experience. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 09. Forensic Scientist (Toxicology) (03 Posts): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmacology or Forensic Science with 3 years relevant experience. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 10. Forensic Scientist (DNA & Serology) (06 Posts): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Forensic Science or Virology or Immunology or Molecular Genetics with 3 years relevant experience OR MSc (Hons) in Entomology or Biological Sciences. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 11. Forensic Scientist (Pathology & Histology) (04 Posts): MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with postgraduate Level III qualification or 2 years experience in a reputable Pathology or Histopathology laboratory. Age: 30-40 years. Special Pay Package (Rs. 375,000/- p.m + 10% annual increase).
• 12. Forensic Scientist (Crime & Death Scene Investigation) (01 Post - Male only): M.Sc. or BS or B.Sc. (Hons.) (second division) in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Physics or Biology or Forensic Science or Pharmacy or related disciplines. Age: 28-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 13. Junior Forensic Scientist (Firearm & Tool Marks) (04 Posts): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Physics OR Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR 3 years relevant experience in an accredited forensic laboratory. Age: 23-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 14. Junior Forensic Scientist (Toxicology) (01 Post): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmacology or Forensic Science. Age: 23-35 years. Special Pay Package.
• 15. Junior Forensic Scientist (Narcotics) (03 Posts): MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Forensic Science or Pharmacology or Pharm-D. Age: 23-35 years. Special Pay Package.
