Position Overview

"The Nation's Bank", National Bank of Pakistan aims to support the financial well-being of the Nation along with enabling sustainable growth and inclusive development through its wide local and international network of branches. Being one of the leading and largest banks of Pakistan, NBP is looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Director Staff College (VP / SVP) based in Karachi under the Human Resource Management group.

Educational & Professional Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
• Candidates having a Master's degree and / or any other professional certification(s) would be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 08 years of working experience, out of which at least 04 years of experience of Corporate Training and / or Organizational Development and / or Learning & Development.
• Candidates who are certified trainers and / or having experience of working with renowned training firms / organizations would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage design and development of training programs and curriculum by collaborating with internal subject matter experts and / or external vendors.
• Oversee effective and efficient program implementation in partnership with team of Staff College focusing on financial, operational, administrative, and logistical aspects.
• Ensure training design and contents are in line with best practices and principles of experiential, social and directional learning and development.
• Take new learning-oriented initiatives in line with strategic challenges of the Bank and focus on customer experience, capacity development, and internal process improvement.
• Upskill faculty members (Learning Managers) on latest developments in Banking & Financial Sector and meet expectations of internal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement, and outcomes.
• Lead by example and take initiatives to enhance and enrich learning culture at the Bank.
