Position Overview

The University of Engineering and Technology Mardan invites applications from suitable candidates against various positions on regular basis and three years' contract basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Contributory Provident Fund Rules-2022.

Available Positions & Eligibility

• 01. Treasurer (BPS-20) (Regular) — 01 Post:
  Qualification: First division B.S/Master (16-years education) in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or Chartered Accountant from HEC recognized university.
  Experience: 17 years' experience for 16 years of education, 15 years' experience for 18 years of education and 13 years' experience for Ph.D. in accounts/finance/audit/financial management in a university or government department in pay scale 17 and above.
  Upper Age Limit: 48 Years.
• 02. Associate Professor (BPS-20) (Regular) — 04 Posts:
  Disciplines: Computer Science (01), Mechanical Engineering (01), Civil Engineering (01), Mathematics (01).
  Qualification & Experience: Ph.D. degree in relevant field with 10-years teaching/research experience in a recognized institution or 10-years professional experience (2 years teaching experience), OR 05-years post Ph.D. teaching/research experience. Must have 10 research publications (at least 4 in last 5 years).
  Upper Age Limit: 50 Years.
• 03. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) (Regular) — 03 Posts:
  Disciplines: Computer Software Engineering (01), Computer Science (01), Center of Artificial Intelligence (01).
  Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant field from HEC recognized university/institution.
  Upper Age Limit: 45 Years.
• 04. Assistant Professor (BPS-19) (Three Years' Contract Basis) — 02 Posts:
  Disciplines: Center of Artificial Intelligence (02).
  Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant field. Appointment will be made initially for 6 months extendable up to 3 years.
  Upper Age Limit: 45 Years.
