Position Overview

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) requires services of qualified, talented and self-motivated officers of Federal / Provincial Governments/ Autonomous Bodies, working in BPS-19/20 or equivalent on regular basis against vacant positions on deputation basis, on standard terms and conditions.

Vacant Posts & Eligible Officers

• 01. Director General (Regional Office):
  Eligible Officers: All Occupational Groups, Federal and Provincial Ex-Cadre Officers (preferably Secretariat, Directorates, Audit and Accounts), Provincial Management Service / Ex-Cadre Officers. Regular Government Officers of BS-19/20 or equivalent having minimum 17 years or above post qualification experience.
  Place of Posting: ICT, KPK, or anywhere in Pakistan.
  Required Experience: Experience in administration, management and financial management (planning, budgeting, resource management); demonstrated experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation; organizational management; coordination and preparation of briefs/summaries/reports. Experience in Education or TVET sector preferred.
• 02. Director General (Planning & Development):
  Eligible Officers: Regular Government Officers of BS-19/20 or equivalent having minimum 17 years or above post qualification experience.
  Place of Posting: NAVTTC HQ, Islamabad.
  Required Experience: Substantial professional experience in development planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation or technical and vocational education and training (TVET), including PC-I preparation and processing, formulation of policies/frameworks, and training plans.
