Position Overview

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (M/o FE&PT) has received financing from the World Bank toward the project of the Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education Program (ASPIRE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. Applications are invited for hiring of one (01) Consultant on Education Policy, Planning and Reforms and two (02) Young Professional Officers (YPOs).

Available Positions & Requirements

• 01. Consultant – Education Policy, Planning and Reforms (01 Position): Master’s degree in education policy, public policy or related Social Sciences from a recognized university. Minimum of 20 years of progressively responsible professional experience in public policy, education sector planning and reform, with substantial experience at national and sub-national levels in Pakistan.
• 02. Young Professional – Education / Training (01 Position): At least 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Development Studies. At least 2 years of relevant experience in public sector education development programs, preferably including 1 year on a World Bank PforR education project.
• 03. Young Professional – Partnerships, Stakeholder Engagement and Inclusion (01 Position): Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, Education, or another relevant discipline. Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience.
