Position Overview

The Independent System and Market Operator of Pakistan (ISMO) is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) established by the Government of Pakistan to perform key functions related to power system operations, planning, and electricity market operations. Available Positions & Requirements

• Senior Engineer (29 Posts): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from HEC-recognized university and having PEC Registration. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager (Business Finance / Regulatory Finance / Accounts & Financial Reporting) (03 Posts): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's in Finance from HEC-recognized university or CA (Qualified or Finalist) / ACMA (Qualified or Finalist) / ACCA (Qualified or Finalist) or member of professional body of Accountants. Candidates with knowledge of IFRS will be preferred. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager (Sales Tax) (01 Post): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance from HEC-recognized university with GST/Sales Tax specialization or CA (Qualified or Finalist) / ACMA (Qualified or Finalist) / ACCA (Qualified or Finalist) or member of professional body of Accountants. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• IT Support (04 Posts): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / Software Engineering from HEC-recognized university. Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• System Administrator (01 Post): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems / Software Engineering from HEC-recognized university. Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Network Administrator (01 Post): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Telecommunications from HEC-recognized university. Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred. Age limit: 35 years. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• QA Engineer (01 Post): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering from HEC-recognized university. Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Senior Analyst (IT Governance & Compliance) (01 Post): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Cyber Security / Information Security from HEC-recognized university. Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Senior Analyst (Corporate Communication) (01 Post): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Development Studies / International Relations / Computer Arts / Public Relations / Business Administration / Management or Marketing from HEC-recognized university. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Senior Analyst (Tariff Analysis & Financial Modelling) (01 Post): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance from HEC-recognized university or Chartered Accountant (Qualified or Finalist) / Cost & Management Accountant (Qualified or Finalist) / CA Inter / ICMA Inter / ACCA (Qualified or Finalist) or member of professional body of Accountants. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Engineer-II (Electrical / Electronics) (60 Posts): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from HEC-recognized university and having PEC Registration. Age limit: 30 years. Minimum 2-Years of Post-Qualification Relevant Experience.
• Engineer-I (Electrical / Electronics): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from HEC-recognized university and having PEC Registration. Age limit: 28 years. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Analyst-II / Analyst-I (Finance / Internal Audit / Tariff Analysis and Financial Modelling / Market Finance) (05 Posts): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance from HEC-recognized university or ACCA (Partly qualified - minimum F6 Taxation passed or F3 Financial Accounting passed) / ACMA (Partly qualified) / CA Articleship holder, member of professional body of Accountants. Age limit: 30 years (Analyst-II) / 28 years (Analyst-I). Minimum 2-Years of Post-Qualification Relevant Experience for Analyst-II.
• Analyst-II / Analyst-I (HR) (02 Posts): Minimum Four (04) Years Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business / Public Administration (with specialization in HR) / HRM from HEC-recognized university. Age limit: 30 years (Analyst-II) / 28 years (Analyst-I). Minimum 2-Years of Post-Qualification Relevant Experience for Analyst-II.

• Medical Officer (01 Post): Minimum MBBS Degree with Valid PMDC registration. Age limit: 28 years. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
