Applications are invited from the candidates holding a Punjab domicile and possessing the prescribed qualifications for appointment against various statutory and administrative positions on a regular/contract basis in the University of Chakwal.

Available Vacancies & Statutory Positions (Contract)

• 01. Controller of Examinations (BS-20): PhD, MS/M.Phil, or Master's degree in any discipline with extensive post-qualification teaching/administrative experience (40-50 years age limit).
• 02. Registrar (BS-20): PhD, MS/M.Phil, or Master's degree in any discipline with extensive leadership and administrative experience (40-50 years age limit).

Administrative Positions (Regular/Contract)

• 03. Project Director (BS-19): B.Sc. in Civil Engineering + 12 years experience (35-50 years age).
• 04. Deputy Director (Sports) (BS-18): Master's in Physical Education or Sports Sciences + 5 years experience (25-45 years age).
• 05. Deputy Director (Press, Media & Publication) (BS-18): MS/M.Phil or Master's in Mass Communication/Journalism + 3 to 5 years experience (25-45 years age).
• 06. Deputy Controller of Examinations (BS-18): MS/M.Phil or Master's degree with relevant academic/administrative experience (25-45 years age).
• 07. Deputy Registrar (BS-18): MS/M.Phil or Master's degree with relevant experience (25-45 years age).
• 08. Deputy Treasurer (BS-18): MS/M.Phil or MBA/M.Com/ACCA in Finance/Commerce/Economics + 3 to 5 years experience (25-45 years age).
• 09. Senior Press Manager (BS-18): Master's or BS in Mass Communication/Media Studies + 5 years experience (25-45 years age).
• 10. Assistant Controller of Examinations (BS-17): Master's or BS (second division) from HEC recognized university (21-35 years age).
• 11. Assistant Registrar (BS-17): MBA, M.Com, MCS, ACMA, ACCA or Master's/BS (21-35 years age).
• 12. Assistant Treasurer (BS-17): MBA, M.Com, ACMA, ACCA, M.Sc in Economics or equivalent (21-35 years age).
• 13. Assistant Director (Academics) (BS-17): Master's or BS (21-35 years age).
• 14. Assistant Director (Purchase & Store) (BS-17): MBA, M.Com, ACMA, ACCA or M.Sc (21-35 years age).
• 15. Assistant Director (Planning & Development) (BS-17): Master's or BS in Economics, Engineering, or Management Sciences (21-35 years age).
• 16. Assistant Engineer (Civil) (BS-17): B.Sc in Civil Engineering + PEC registration (21-35 years age).
• 17. Assistant Librarian (BS-17): Master's or BS in Library and Information Science (21-35 years age).
• 18. Estate Officer (BS-17): Master's or BS + 2 years relevant experience (21-35 years age).
• 19. Medical Officer (BS-17): MBBS + PMC registration + 1 year house job (21-35 years age).
• 20. Security Officer (BS-17): Retired commissioned officer from the forces (21-35 years age).
• 21. Personal Secretary (BS-17): Master's or BS + shorthand & typing speed requirements (21-35 years age).

Application Procedure & Guidelines

• Online Application: Candidates must apply online through the UoC website: https://uoc.edu.pk/jobs.php.
• Application Fee: Rs. 5,000/- for posts of Controller of Examinations and Registrar; Rs. 3,000/- for all other administrative posts (payable in any branch of Bank of Punjab). Employees of UoC are exempt from processing fee.
• Submission of Dossier: Submit two (02) sets of the dossier in hard form along with online application form, original paid system-generated fee challan, and attested copies of credentials to the Office of the Registrar, University of Chakwal, City Campus, Talagang Road, Chakwal.
• Closing Date: Last date to submit online application form is 07.10.2026 (Wednesday) and dispatch hard copy up to 08.10.2026 (Thursday) during office hours (04:00 PM).
