Position Overview

Public Sector Organization of Government of Sindh through IBA Karachi seeks applications from interested and qualified candidates domiciled in Sindh Province for appointment to various professional positions on a contract basis.

Available Vacancies & Requirements

• 01. Director Investors Services: Master’s (16 Years Education) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Law or Public Policy + 7 years experience in investment facilitation, trade promotion, or reforms. (Age Limit: 45 Years on 5th Oct 2026).
• 02. Manager Marketing Promotion, Trade & Investment: Master’s (16 Years Education) in Marketing, Project Management, International Trade, Economics or Business + 5 years experience. (Age Limit: 40 Years).
• 03. Investment Specialist: Master’s (16 Years Education) in Economics, Business or Public Policy + 5 years experience in investment research/project development. (Age Limit: 40 Years).
• 04. Assistant Manager (Marketing & Promotion): Bachelor’s (16 Years Education) in Marketing, Mass Communications or Event Management + 3 years experience. (Age Limit: 35 Years).
• 05. Manager IT: Master’s (16 Years Education) in Software Engineering, Computer Science/IT + 5 years experience in IT management. (Age Limit: 40 Years).
• 06. Assistant Manager (Policy & Projects): Bachelor’s (16 Years Education) in Public Policy, Economics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineer, or Project Management + 3 years experience. (Age Limit: 35 Years).
• 07. Manager Reforms, Policy & Projects: Master’s (16 Years Education) in Business Administration/Public Administration/Project Management/Development Studies or Economics + 5 years relevant experience. (Age Limit: 40 Years).
• 08. Assistant Manager (Business Facilitation Center): Master’s Degree preferably from China or equivalent + 3 years experience. Chinese language proficiency is mandatory. (Age Limit: 35 Years).
• 09. Assistant Manager (Regulatory Reforms / Legal): Bachelor’s (16 Years Education) in Commerce/Economics or equivalent + 3 years experience in business & investment facilitation. (Age Limit: 35 Years).
• 10. Assistant Manager (Business & Investment): Bachelor’s (16 Years Education) in Commerce/Economics or equivalent + 3 years relevant experience. (Age Limit: 35 Years).

Prerequisites & Application Procedure

• Contract Terms: Yearly renewal of contract is subject to system-based forced performance ranking against KPIs with attractive market-based salary packages.
• Domicile: Only applicants domiciled in Sindh Province are eligible to apply.

• Test Fee: Eligible candidates must deposit a test fee of Rs. 3,500/- through fee voucher in any branch of Meezan Bank Limited.
