01	Database Administrator	11	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) MSc Computer Science / BCS (Hons) or 16 years education in databases from recognized university. Experience: a) At least 5 years practical experience in Oracle DBA, MySQL and SQL Server in HEC recognized institutions. b) Proven experience in managing / tuning/session restriction and maintaining huge and complex database. c) Experience in migrating legacy hospital data into modern hospital systems. d) Preference will be given to having hands-on experience in health-based projects.
02	Network Administrator	11	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) Master / BS or Degrees in Computer Sciences from HEC recognized University/Institution. Experience: a) At least 03 years practical experience in network administration, database administration, windows and linux servers installation, maintenance, router, switches and firewall solution etc. from recognized institution. b) Preference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience of managing fiber optic network of more than 500 nodes.
03	Security Officer	11	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) Retired Major/Captain/DSP/ASP with at least 15 years service. b) Experience in institutional security management preferred. c) Ability to supervise security personnel and enforce discipline.
04	Procurement/Purchase Officer	11	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: Master’s degree in Business administration / Supply Chain Management / Economics/ Commerce or Public Procurement from a HEC recognized University/Institution, with firsthand knowledge and understanding of PPRA/KPPRA rules and public sector procurement guidelines. Experience: At least 03 years experience in the relevant field in a public/ semi government or autonomous/corporate sector organization, preferably working in teaching hospital.
05	Civil Engineer (Civil)	10	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) BSc Engineering in Civil from HEC recognized university. b) Or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) will be preferred. OR Diploma Associate Engineer (DAE) 03 years course in Civil Engineering from recognized Board of Technical Education. Experience: a) At least 03 year experience as sub Engineer in a public/semi-government or autonomous/corporate sector organization/ Hospitals. b) Experience in designing/building hospitals having DG/BPS or relevant subject.
06	Finance Assistant	9	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) BBA/MBA (Finance)/BS(Com)/ACMA/Accounting & Finance from HEC recognized institution. Experience: a) One year Post Experience in relevant field. b) ICMA preferred.
07	Network Technician	8	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) MCS/MSc/BS/BCS Degrees in Computer Science & Information Technology, or equivalent from HEC recognized Institution. OR b) Intermediate with Diploma in Hardware/ IT or Computer Science from Board of Technical Education. Experience: At least 02 years experience in Computer network maintenance and troubleshooting within autonomous/autonomous Medical Organization.
08	Biomedical Technician	8	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) Diploma in relevant biomedical field from recognized Board. Experience: At least 02-year qualification experience as Biomedical Technician in Government registered hospitals.
09	Security Supervisor	8	Contractual, extendable years.	Qualification: a) Retired Subedar / Naik Subedar from Pakistan Armed Forces.
10	HR Trainee	Stipend (Fixed)	Contractual, 02 Years, Non-extendable.	Qualification: a) MBA/BBA HR from HEC recognized university. Experience: • No experience required.
11	Quality Assurance Trainee	Stipend (Fixed)	Contractual, 02 Years, Non-extendable.	Qualification: a) Bachelors in Social/Health Sciences from HEC recognized university. Experience: • No experience required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile, they should download and print the fee slip with code, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
Except for the positions at Serial No. 04 and 07, which is a newly introduced positions and were not included in any of the aforementioned advertisements, all the positions mentioned above, already advertised through Daily Mashriq dated 11-06-2023, Daily Aaj dated 15-06-2023, The News dated 18-06-2023, Daily Express through INF (P) 249/2208 dated 19-01-2028, The News through INF (P) 5034/23, dated 04/12/2023, The News through INF (P) 1750/24, dated 23/07/2024 and The News through INF (P) 3418/25, dated 03-09-2025 are hereby withdrawn.
All interested candidates, including those who have previously applied against these positions, shall be required to submit fresh applications.
Original documents along with one set of attested copies submitted against the post shall not be considered for the current recruitment process, and no claim shall be entertained on the basis of any application submitted against the aforementioned advertisements.
Screening of candidates: 4. Screening of candidates will be conducted through written/screening tests/ skill testing, letter will be issued to short listed candidates.
No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates called for test/interview/ demonstration/ skill test.
Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with cogent reason.

After successful submission of online application, a prescribed token/challan form (with printed code & candidate personal information) will be generated.
Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa or 1 link.
After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone-else.
After online apply, candidates are required to take print out of online application form along with attested copies of all academic certificates, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC and 2 recent passport size photographs.
