The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications for the following positions from highly qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced professionals holding Punjab domicile for appointment on a contract basis in the project "Innovate Punjab - Leaders of Frontier Tech Incubators". The project will establish incubation centres in six districts – Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur and Gujranwala. The main objectives are to establish a robust innovation ecosystem through frontier technology incubators, promoting industry-academia collaboration, supporting technology-driven startups and accelerating sustainable economic growth across the province.

Lumpsum @ Rs. 796000/- per month 		Qualification:
Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Project Management, Public Policy or related field.
Experience:
10-15 years relevant experience in program / project management, entrepreneurship ecosystem, or large-scale projects, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
2 MANAGER OPERATIONS

Bachelor's/Master's in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce or related field.
Experience:
5-8 years relevant experience in operations or program execution; strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
3 MANAGER PARTNERSHIPS & INVESTMENT

4 MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS & OUTREACH

6 MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

Experience:

7 MANAGER PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS

Experience:

9 IT DATA ASSISTANT MANAGER

Experience:
4-6 years relevant experience in data systems, dashboards, and analytics tools.
10 ADMIN & HR OFFICER

Lumpsum @ Rs. 306,250/- per month 		Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Administration or related field.
Experience:
4-6 years relevant experience in HR and office management; strong organizational skills.

  1. The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement.
